Justin is the managing partner at meltmedia and is known as "The Business Guy." He was born in Detroit, MI but transplanted to Scottsdale, AZ in 1987. He attended Arizona State University, graduating in 1997 from the Business Honors College with a B.S. in Management.

Initially, Justin started his career with Accenture, followed by two software start-ups. It was when he ventured on his own as a consultant that he met his current partners at meltmedia. He has consulted or managed several multi-million dollar projects with Fortune 500 companies.

When not tinkering with new tech, Justin loves to spend time with his wife and two kids, ages 3 and 17. He prides himself a grill master extraordinaire (steak and ribs are his specialty) and is an avid outdoorsman.
